To complete your application, submit the following three items:
 
√ 1) App form (below.) We'll need a separate app form from each adult 18 years old or over.

√ 2) Photo ID + income verification. We'll need a government-issued Photo ID (such as driver's license,) plus our Approval Policy tells you what income verification we'll need depending on how you make money. You can attach everything into the app form, or just email docs to: patrick@newbraunfelsbest.com.

√ 3) Payment (using PayPal.) For 1 adult, the total amount to pay is $425.00 For 2 adults, it's $465.00 You won't need a PayPal account if you are paying with a credit or debit card. This upfront payment covers two items: 
 
        A) The application fee ($75 for one adult, or $115 for two adults.) If your app is declined, this fee will not be refunded.

         B) The $350 holding deposit (one deposit per household.) If your app is approved, this holding deposit will be credited toward your security deposit. If your app is declined, this deposit will be fully refunded to you through PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: Once we notify you by text or email that we have approved your app, this holding deposit will not be refunded whether you take the apartment or not, so make sure we are "the one" when you apply! Fine print: If we approve but you do not take the apartment, you agree this deposit is as and for liquidated damages and as consideration in full, as the amount of damages in this situation will be difficult to establish.
